I see. Think I'm going to stick with the stick chamber but get the maple leaf bucking and 6.03mm barrel. What about the PDI w-hold bucking? I'm going to be using 0.3 or 0.28 bbs. If I feel I'm not getting the accuracy and range I'm after I'll get the AA chamber. Thanks again for your advice

Or do I need to get the Action Army hop up chamber too (does that include a bucking too?)

Been thinking this over and I'm confused. As it stands I've just ordered the stock JG BAR 10 with some magazines. I'm leaning towards getting the PDI W-hold hop rubber and Action Army VSR-10 - 6.01mm Excel Inner Barrel (430mm). Do I need anything else for theis hop rubber to work with that barrel?

Ah thanks for that, in that case may as well ge the JG one. Im only going to replace the hop rubber and barrell and add barrell stabalisers first as stock FPS is fine for me. If I really enjoy sniping then I'll upgrade more

Got an email from another online retailer, they have the TM VSR Pro in stock for £185. Is it worth the extra £100 to get the TM one and I simply change the spring to get a higher FPS? I take it the parts in the TM one are better and so I won't need to change anything else to get an FPS of around 450?

Ok I'll leave as is but will upgrade the barrel, hop and add barrel spacers for extra accuracy. I'll get the action army trigger pack later down the line with a more powerful spring. I'm going for accuracy over range first. You ever know I might take it out on the field and feel sniping isn't for me.

Been airsofting for years and want to try sniping. I'm going to get a Nineball hop rubber and this: This should give me te accuracy I need for now. What about power? Shall I get a higher power spring like an M150 to take me up to around 490 FPS?

SRC AK Hi Cap magazines fit perfectly Got one today, didn't need any modification at all. Now to find some SRC mid caps....if they even exist.

Got the TM mags and they didn't fit either. So I filled down just the top edge of the bit in the green box and they they fit fine. However my FPS has dropped to 295??? The CYMA mag gives me around 320 FPS. Any ideas how I can get my FPS back up?

Good news! Got my Cyma metal AK mag and tried it, didn't fit.... so I began filing the part in the green box bit by bit and trying it. Eventually I filled enough off for it to fit snugly It feeds fine until there's about 10 bbs left in the mag and then gets temperamental but I think that's the mag more that the gun. Here's a comparison: As you can see all I had to do was file down the bit above the lip including the top edge. Looking down the magwell this bit in red was the culprit: One question though, is it normal for mags to misfeed when there's a few BBs left? I'm thinking it's due to the fact it's a CYMA brand, I might get a 72 round TM mag and give that a try.

Got something to try tonight, an airsofter from another forum recommended sanding down the bit above the magazine lip catch thingy. Then this will allow the mag to get past the M4 type release innards the Bolt has (remember it has AK styke mag release and the M4 style). It's the green part in this picture that I need to sand down a bit:

I have a Bolt BR47 AEG and struggling to find mid cap magazines that fit. Anyone got one and can tell me which ones to get? Thanks

Got the WE USA Hop unit and barrell todays and ta da it works! Getting 315fps and the BBs dont fall out anymore. I think the issue was with the old hop rubber, it had lost its shape after I took it all apart to clean. Note to self never take the hop unit apart lol

I think the hop rubber has widened, it comes off way too easily

They never got back to me so I've ordered from Evike I took the inner barrel and Hop unit out and dropped a BB in place and it falls straight though. Does that mean my hop rubber has gone wider?

When racking my P226 the nozzle gets stuck in the hop chamber Then when I return the slide the nozzle gets stuck on the BB When I go to fire the BB just rolls out of the gun

Wow Evike charge £25 just for postage! Is there anywhere else that does hop and barrel drop in units?
