patrol base mesed my order up.. i've received a £4 pair of mittens rather than the nice boots i bought back in feb.. jeez.

Just ring them and explain what's wrong, I'd bet you anything they sort it hassle free and probably also let you keep the mittens.

yeah they have done, just a pain i paid for next day delivery so i could use them for this sunday and now they wont arrive until after
