  1. I have actually since found company information for Project Zodiac should anyone wish to look https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/14777537
  2. I'll be honest this is looking very much like the airsoft equivalent of Fyre festival . Just from a numbers point of view . You need 1000 paying players just to get the primary prize money from admissions and that's without taking into account the rest of the event costs which for something of this size would be substantial. The website gives no real detail but just one line bullet points of the week. The website also shows a fire service presence on site for the week which i am highly dubious of having worked with blue light services for various events and organisations. No information on the people running the event or even their identity , no limited company registered that i can find , no indication that the amount of interest is actaully there to make the event viable at this stage. I do not envy the organisers trying to get this started and appreciate the effort it takes to get this kind of event set up . However without anything more solid I just don't see it as viable. I am surprised at some of the "sponsors" of this event as if it does turn out to be a fyre festival type affair there are some big, well trusted names that would need to ask themselves some very serious questions down the line
  3. I put a VFC surefire on mine . It fitted without mod but I chiseled out the two reinforcing ribs inside to allow a bit more space for batteries and wiring
  4. I actually do have one that's two part (supressor and heat shield )
  5. It's not KWA either . The original was kwa but they had a fallout which actually caused the creation of krytac with most of the key staff from kwa USA . Krytac have their own production, it's not OEMed
  6. A G3 or HK33/53 might be interesting although the mp5 is my token AEG now. It's rare I used anything not gas
  7. It pains me to admit this but having just got my MP5 it seems TM have actually got it right with these
  8. I was part of the commissioning batch but mine is counter sunk to make my 14.5" barrel appear to be 13.7"
  9. Having used both slat wall and trellis I will say use trellis/grid wall rather than slat wall or peg wall for sure. Grid wall is cheaper , lighter and far easier to configure and fit than slat wall . I've got a full wall of slat wall and it's so heavy and also requires some heavy duty fixings
  10. Worth noting that Umarex already sell an aluminium version of the GHK G17 gen 3
  11. Honestly to get it right you will be spending thousands and it will take years to find everything you need if you are lucky Why does everyone doing an embassy MP5 do the torch when there were only 3 or 4 of them at princes gate
  12. I know the guy that runs it. Decent guy and they are legit
  13. Latest news from GHK. The gen 5 is coming but it will be aluminium slide only as Umarex wanted a lower price point. They do plan on selling the steel slide seperately though
  14. Gen 5 is apparently still coming but not with a steel slide as they are trying to keep the price down. An optional steel slide will be available separately
  15. I think you underestimate the difference between the GHK glock and a TM. Also the GHK is actually cheap compared to the TM plus a steel slide kit and thats without the other parts needed to make a TM push that slide reliably . I do agree that GHK has had horrendous issues the last few years though but the latest M4s have been back to how they originally were and the new AK looks very promising indeed
  16. I wouldn't hold your breath sadly
  17. in fairness to GHK the Glock being abandoned wasn't their fault . Blame the mafia called Umarex
  18. So I may have just bought a GBB MCX legacy to go with my GBB rattler recently.... Oops
  19. I ordered a rifle from him recently and it arrived in just under two weeks ,nearly a week of that was customs clearance so pretty impressive. If ordering from Hong Kong or Taiwan from any shop expect it to take weeks at best
  20. I almost guarantee there will be crushed BB in the barrel extension as Enid has said above . Try not to use RAtech parts , they are primary contributors to "GBB don't work well" trope as their upgrades really aren't aside from in very limited cases
  21. Edwin has been around in the industry forever , first here then back in Hong Kong for 20 years and recently back here. If you struggle to make contact I have his whatsapp number
  22. Nice little review but it should really be in the review section
  23. Haha that's actually hilarious
