So I’ve got an army armament r608 but want to get a different slide and maybe outer barrel. The problem is that I can’t find anywhere selling anything in the 5.5” size only 5.1 or 6. Does anyone know where I might have some luck?

I bought it from patrol base a couple years back, I had bought the covert edition or something along them lines (came with suppressor and different grip) and got it in two tone so perhaps they just put a cheap one on in place to save painting. I’m not 100% sure but I can’t find either slide for sale anywhere

Nah they’re not unfortunately. There’s just a slight size difference that stops them from fitting from what I’ve read

So I’ve got a problem… the polymer slide for my m9 has snapped and I was thinking the logical thing to do would be to buy a metal slide next, right? Well I’ve scoured the Internet for hours to no avail in finding the part I need, does anyone know of where I could possibly find it?

In theory I can trim off the hinge as it looks like it’s attached to the rail not the cover itself. So the actual covers (without rail) should be the same dimensions? I wasn’t sure if the 74 was a bigger or smaller gun than the 47.

So I’m currently trying to figure out a way to get a rear rail on my 028, most forums I’ve come across have been ancient and have said I’d need to drill the upper cover to mount a rail. I’m trying to avoid this at all costs as I don’t want any clearance issues with the battery. I have found this but it’s for the cm045 (AKS-74U variant) and I haven’t a clue if it’s fit from what I can tell it looks like it should but was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on this?
