Hi all, I've looked on-line and can't find many reviews of Evolution Airsoft or their RIF's, so I was wondering if anyone here has any feedback regarding them? If so, I'm just trying to find out things like: • how reliable are their RIF's? • are the internals and their QC? • how good are their electronics (mainly their MOSFET's and the ETSIII system)? Anything really, thanks in advance. 😎👍

Considering HPA, Noob in need of help!!!
Wraithspider replied to Wraithspider's topic in High Pressure Air
TBH, the RIF didn't seem to have a good rate of fire (in the video that was supplied) and I'm not particularly invested in getting a HPA so I'm probably not going to get it (mainly asking questions to expand my knowledge of HPA and as a politeness to the seller). 🙄 Also, I wouldn't be able to test fire the RIF before buying as I don't live close to the seller so he would have to post it to me (not that it matters but I don't own a chrono either). 😳 -
Considering HPA, Noob in need of help!!!

Mainly trying to find out more as I've just had an offer for a Tippmann v1 (with tank and line), for £260, but I've mainly been looking at AEG's so don't know a lot about HPA. 😊 -
Hi all, As stated in the title I'm considering HPA but I have no idea where to start or anything more than you have a tank of compressed air strapped to you which blows BB's out of your RIF when you pull the trigger. 😳 Some of the questions that spring to mind are: • Is a Tippmann RIF a good starting point or are other brands considered a better starting point? • What are the pros/con's of the different brands of HPA (Polarstar, Wolverine, etc)? • How easy are HPA RIF's to use and maintain (what needs cleaning, how often, etc)? Any, and all, advice is greatly appreciated. 😃 Thanks in advance. 😎👍

Sorry, just re-glued that I didn't specify 'Arcturus' when I asked about the battery connector. 😳 Haha, I'm reading between the lines here but I don't think Nuprol are very popular. 😊 Oh, thought DMR's could be electronic locked or physically locked. 😳 Thanks, got to wait until Tuesday for the UKARA but that's not a problem. 😊

Do you have any idea what the battery connector is (mini-tamiya or deans)?

Hi all, Hopefully getting my UKARA defence tomorrow, so wanted to get some feedback before I make my final choice for my new RIF. 😀 My current train of thought is to get a RIF that can be used as an AR or possibly changed/upgraded to a DMR at some point (if that appeals to me), hence why the ones on my shortlist have quick change springs and programmable triggers. 😊 I have considered G&G (as my local store sells them) but they don't have quick change springs, tightbore barrels, aren't very programmable and seem over priced for what you get (unless someone can change my mind). 😏 I'm not totally set on the RIF's below but my shortlist is down to: • Specna Arms Rock River Arms SA-E03 EDGE 2.0™ Carbine AEG, Black (has a MOSFET, programmable electric trigger, 6.03mm tightbore barrel and a metal receiver) • Evolution Airsoft Recon S EMR, ETS (or S ETS) (has a MOSFET/programmable electric trigger (according to Patrol Base), 6.01mm tightbore barrel and a metal receiver) • Double Eagle M906*, 7* or 8* w/Falcon Fire Control System (has a MOSFET, programmable electric trigger and a metal receiver) (looking at M908A as it's got a longer barrel if I wanted to DMR it at any point 🤔) I think I'm leaning more towards the first or second ones though as the seem to tick all the boxes. 🤔 Thanks in advance for any advice. 😎👍

Double Eagle M907D - Is it worth buying?
Wraithspider replied to SovietSloth's topic in Electric Guns
So, you think it would be better to go 'polymer' (904* version) and save a few extra £££'s over the metal versions (906*, 907* & 908* versions)? 🤔 -
Thanks for the replies and great advice, when I'm looking at sales adverts what does 'this advert is completed' mean? 🤔

Double Eagle M907D - Is it worth buying?
Wraithspider replied to SovietSloth's topic in Electric Guns
So, is the 'Falcon Fire Control System' a MOSFET and ETU or just a ETU? Also, is the metal or polymer DE stronger/more reliable? Thanks. -
Hi all, Can anyone offer any advice regarding buying 2nd-hand RIF's? Stuff like: • what to look out for? • what to ask? • any other advice? Thanks.

Hi all, Really new to Airsoft, can anyone explain the differences between the last number and letter with the DE 90** RIF's? 🤔 Thanks.
