Hey Trigger Happy, I've sent you a PM as to why the ruling was made, but like you say if it was accidental then of course no we wouldn't expect them to pay up as we haven't asked them to in the past. In short it's to avoid misuse and abuse of hire equipment and therefore one less gun until the insurance pays out (which may take months). An evil so feared in the lands at this joyous time of year has been stirring. According to local folklore and legend a beast so ghastly that just a mention of his name would send shivers down the spine of the most saintly of children, for rather than giving presents at Christmas the evil Krampus sweeps into villages and towns across the lands with whips and chains carrying a simple tub which he puts all the children he catches in before taking them back to his lair and mercillesly devouring their souls sending them to Hell forever more. All the boys and girls in the sleepy village of Cosford lay in their beds trembling with fear as to whether Krampus and his terrifying band of villainous cut throats will pass them by that night. Some were not so lucky. Will Santa and his elf army save the day and rescue the boys and girls from the cluthches of evil or will Krampus get his fill of souls and leave misery in his wake. Sniper rifles must be single shot and may be upto 500 FPS (using 0.2g 6mm ammo) and a safe operating distance of 30M must be inplemented. DMR's may be upto 400 FPS (using 0.2g 6mm ammo) and played using single shot and a safe operating distance of 20M must be inplemented. Chronograph testing will be carried out at the start of the day and may take place at random during the day. Ace Airsoft operate a 3 strikes and out system for minor offences such as hit taking, after 3 strikes you will be shown out of the game. Repeat offending for non hit taking may result in you being ejected from the site and banned. So lets make things simple "If in doubt shout hit out". Major offences such as bullying of other players, assault either verbal or physical to other players or our staff or the maltreatment of our hire kit will result in you being instantly thrown off the site and if neccessary a report of any incident being made to the Police.
