Selling a pair of 138 round midcap AEG magazines for AKs. They have built in UV LEDs that light up when they are in the AK, causing tracer rounds to glow as fired (see the second photo). It's a neat effect, but not very strong (one magazine seems weaker than the other). Obviously it requires tracer UV-reactive BBs to work. I think they are made by G&P Price is for the pair. Selling my G&P CAR-15 AEG. This type is also known as the Colt model 607. I bought it second hand so it has a bit of wear and tear externally, and as far as I know the internals are all stock G&P. The only modification I have made is to add a more correct chrome style mock bolt and rewired the battery connector. I have not skirmished it but I've tested it and it's working, shoots 0.2g BBs at about 305 fps. It had an issue one time where it wouldn't fire in semi, but firing a couple of shots in full fixed it. It is wired to deans, battery goes in front handguard (which requires careful removal). Does not come with any magazines or accessories. Payment via Paypal G&S only. Thanks Nick, that's useful info. I've gone ahead and ordered a WE XM177 - I found a shop that offers them with the correct markings CNC machined onto it, and the lack of markings was my main remaining gripe with the WE.

Thanks for the replies folks. I'm leaning towards WE as it at least looks like I can buy parts (and even just mags!) for them. If I were to get the WE XM177, are there any immediate upgrades I should do to improve its durability/reliability?

Yeah, I have been thinking about the 733. I saw there is a replacement XM177 receiver kit for the MWS (link), and yeah it's astronomically expensive - are there other less expensive ones? I'm guessing I've no chance of adapting an AEG receiver to a GBB?

Hoping for some advice from the experienced folks here. I'm in the market for a XM177 style GBB (don't mind if it's an E1 or E2 model). Which models of these do people think of as the current best, either for performance or external quality? (And parts availability!) I'm leaning towards the WE XM177 right now, but it lacks markings and I'd really like one with "COMMANDO" or "XM177" trades. My absolute ideal would actually be a retro CAR-15 (Colt 607) without the forward assist and partial or no fence on the receiver, but it looks like only G&P makes those as GBBs and I've heard not great things about their GBBs. Cheers!

Selling my retro CAR-15 build. It isn't based on a particular gun model, though if you added an XM177E2 style flash hider it would match the USAF GAU-5A. The base gun was a G&P XM177E2 AEG. The internals are all stock G&P, but I have modified the externals as follows: Real steel black nylon skinny handguards from Brownells G&P M16VN Duckbill flash hider (steel) Replaced the original body with an E&C M16VN AEG Metal Receiver. This has a full fence, lacks the forward assist, lacks the modern brass deflector and has a working ejection port cover Added a chrome dummy bolt cover lacking forward assist marks (should be noted this is a little stiff, had to attach it atop the old one) Nylon sling attachment point on the stock All in good working order, shoots about 330 fps. It is wired to deans, battery goes in the buffer tube. Two small defects worth noting - the front sight has a very slight wobble to it, and barrel beneath the front sight has been sanded and repainted (both caused by a stripped front sight grub screw). Comes with the original 130 round steel magazine. Payment via Paypal G&S only. Price includes both postage and Paypal fees. Delivery only no collections, sorry. Selling my Golden Eagle M870 gas shotgun. Never been skirmished, and in very good condition - see photos. This is a gas shotgun that can be fire either 3 or 6 BBs per shot, and feeds from 30 round shotgun cartridge shaped magazines. Nice feeling pump action, which is easy to work as it uses gas rather than a spring. The gas reservoir is in the stock, and seems well sealed - it has held gas for months at a time. Difficult to chrono accurately, but I've had it shoot around 300 FPS with a single BB loaded in a cartridge - will shoot less when firing bursts of multiple shots. Shoots at about 225 FPS, with the included upgrade spring it might get up into the high 200s. Takes specific small AEP batteries, which go in the static slide (no batteries included).
