    Agreed a price after discussing postage, when I asked for his PayPal he ghosted me and disappeared. Few days later sends me a message saying I can have it now as another buyer had let him down.... we had already made a deal and agreed on a price, avoid, untrustworthy and time waster.

    Agrees on a price, then changes his mind, the general situation looks like this. Unfortunately, you can't do business with someone, if someone cheats, shakes your hand and sells the item for £ 100, he doesn't give the paypal address, he asked for it several times, after a few hours he writes to me and raises the price to £ 110, explaining that he needs money. It's not right, isn't it? A waste of time
