    26 days since an agreed part refund would be sent to me to resolve an issue with an item bought from Excalibur. Reading and ignoring all messages and still has not resolved the matter. Quote from Excalibur through forum messages “If the funds get released I shall just grant the refund amount otherwise ill keep true to my word for the 31st of December mate” All evidence in messages to prove this nightmare transaction.

    Bought a plate carrier set from ExcaliburUK on 27 Oct 2021. The item was described as Like new but when received there were parts missing, broken, and it was clear to see the set had been used in some way or another. Contacted to confront the issues but that started what has been a nightmare to get replies etc. I was promised a partial refund on Dec 31, in good faith i agreed, but this still had not been received and all messages are being ignored. Would not recommend this seller. AVOID
