  1. Hi, I was trying to buy myself a good airsoft GBB green gas pistol. My budget is about £100. Do you guys have any recommendations?
  2. Ok thanks mate. I appreciate all of your responses.
  3. Ok fair enough, what do you suggest getting in the meantime? Also just quickly how does the classified ads on afuk work? I want to buy a gun but do I need UKARA to get black ones or can they just send it out? Secondly how do I make sure I don't get scammed?
  4. I haven't been able to get myself a UKARA due to lockdown. Isn't it illegal for me to get a Black/non two toned gun? Don't get me wrong I'm all for it but I have no idea how to get one without a UKARA membership lol. I have had a look and apparently that gun is trash.
  5. Ok prepared to forget any attachment initially. I do not have any batteries. The only thing I have is 0.20 gram BBs and green gas for a pistol I had. But exclude the green gas as I can only afford AEG rifles right now.
  6. I'm down to have it without attachments also if it exceeds my budget. I found this second hand gun online: https://www.jauce.com/auction/h544064754#international_delivery but idk Are you able to provide any URLs to any guns you suggest? Do you think https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/lancer-tactical-lt-19-m4-carbine-10-gen-2?pv=11997 is a good buy if I maybe add a sight and a grip onto it?
  7. Planning on buying my first AEG Assault Rifle. Would prefer for it to be some sort of m4 build. My price range is about £100. Are there any guns you guys suggest that might come with attachments etc... I am new to this sorry. AR-15 builds also please lol
  8. Unfortunately I fell for the Raven nonsense and bought a raven. Now it is broken
  9. No I didn't. The shell ejecting is for fun at home...
  10. Hmm I guess shell ejectors are not the one for me then looool I'll just have to stick to my normal Gbb lmao Anyone know any decent beginners Gbb pistol?
  11. Do you guys know any good Hi Capa GBB pistols for about £100? I have come to the conclusion that shell ejecting guns are impossible to find lol
  12. Yeah I do believe a WE G18 would be the best for skirmishing however, I've already had that feeling and now I want to try out other type of guns. I haven't gone skirmishing yet and I want to get a feel of it at home first so I thought shell ejecting would be cool lol. I've had a look at Hi Capa and they look amazing. As for the 1911 shell ejecting I;ve seen a video on it on YouTube but I can't find an actual link for it on google to purchase one unfortunately.
  13. Yeah for skirmishing but I plan to keep this weapon at home for play about as it is a bit more realistic to have shells flying out the gun.
  14. Was looking to buy a shell ejecting GBB Pistol and I was wondering if you guys suggest any? I was preferably looking to get a 1911 but I can't find any on the market really.
  15. Do you have any 1911s or any other GBB pistols that you might suggest that are quite cool and fun. I was thinking of buying a shell ejecting GBB 1911 but I can't find a good one for a decent price. Do you know any that you might suggest?
  16. Hmm I like the look of it. So it is has metal on the pistol rather than full polymer and is a GBB for only £54 or so? Just to confirm this works on green gas with 0.20g BBs right and my extra mag from the Raven EU 18 Series works on this?
  17. M4 all the way. How about if I sold the gun £4-£50 then used that money to buy a new one?
  18. I literally don't know what to do as my Dad is saying this is a learning curb and as long as this lasts you till Summer it is fine as if you buy this Hammer Assembly for £30 it is still cheaper than £100. If it breaks in a year then buy another and £60 is still cheaper than £100 then you lasted yourself 3 years extra and when you start going to Airsoft sites you can then get a good gun since I've never actually played Airsoft and this was my first ever gun lol What is your guy's opinion on what I should do? Do you think I should try to sell this gun and 2 magazines for about £40 then try to buy a good AEG AR or a GBB Pistol?
  19. Wait @Nick Gand @Adolf HamsterWhy don't I just buy a new GBB pistol for like £80 - £90 rather than buying a Hammer Assembly for £30?
  20. @Adolf Hamster@nick Ok thank you all. I read the reviews in the link you guys sent and it seems to be a perfect match for Raven EU18 series so it should be fine. I'll message back in this thread when it arrives as I will order it tonight.
  21. It slightly jiggles in its position, There isn't enough movement for me to happily say the hammer assembly is just stiff. It is as if there is another pin inside it holding it down. I have tried to push the pin on the side however, it doesn't move at all and I am scared of breaking it. I was wondering if the hammer wheel needs to be up first before removing the pin as that's the order of which the guy done it in the video done it. Just to confirm you suggest purchasing the Hammer Assembly you linked and just replacing it with the one in the gun right? If so I'll order the assembly once you confirm that. Thanks a lot by the way mate.
  22. Does the hammer wheel need to be up and that little circle thingy need to out for me to remove the hammer assembly out of the gun because right now it is as if something is holding the hammer assembly down when I try to remove it its position out of the gun.
  23. I've been looking at youtube videos etc and I've realised that when they press the trigger the hammer wheel comes up. Is it meant to come up when I press the trigger because if not my hammer wheel stays down and doesn't actually come up...
  24. The first one is just a picture of it when the trigger is in its normal place, the second is side view the thing that lifts when the trigger is down ans the third is birds eye view of the trigger being pressed. I'm actually quite inexperienced in this so I am far worse than lost. Sorry if I am being difficult Do you guys think the guarder steel hammer sear needs to be replaced? I've found this link here: https://www.evike.com/products/45025/
