    how slim we talking? The slimmest 11.1v I have so far is the nuprol 1450mah one. That can fit in an m4 buffer tube.

    I ordered a bag of bio .30g from 6mm ammo yesterday, it came to only ~£11 with a discount code (cant remember the code, just google and you should be able to find it), with free delivery which is a massive plus. I hope it's good ammo, not used them before!

    UPS suck ass, expecting a delivery today. Had an email saying it was out for delivery and it had my name and address on.

    Then get another email later saying the name in the parcel is wrong and delivery will be delayed. WTF.....

    It turned up today, was an ex rental aks74u

    Boneyard advert said it was dead. plugged a battery in and it fired, pretty pathetic 134fps though

    opened it up, cleaned out all the dust and shite.

    Zero compression so replaced those parts and the trigger trolley as it was worn to hell, changed the hop rubber and nub

    Now firing at 345 with a .20

    only problem now is that it's missing the charging handle and spring. can't find one anywhere :(

    Did that to my ICS, ordered new crimps and soldered cable direct to motor.

    Yes, horrid little things.  I notice that warhead motors come with short tails for the connectors, and really all aftermarket motors should be like that.  Having seen that, I'm minded to solder some tails onto all my motor connectors [puts it on the list].

    more than i'd have thought, but then given it's only comparable competition is the (almost) unobtanium real sword we should be greatful there's a premium option out there.

    not gonna lie, i've been moving away from airsoft this past year and still tempted, certainly it's on the list of comeback guns.

    My sadface isn't from the price, it's that people are still "pre-ordering" airsoft toys in CURRENT_YEAR.  By which I mean handing car money over to complete strangers in return for nothing more than a non-binding aspiration based on the vaguest of specifications, and before even the shilliest of shill reviews appears.

    I hope we don't see posts around July asking "How long is too long to wait?"

    Sniper sidearm done ? just need a little spray on the rails but happy with it

    although may change the rail system for one slightly less bulky when I can find one

    Not minted enough for a marui, so is there much difference between a JG and cyma mp5k?? ?

    Can't speak for the JG, but I've got the Cyma mp5k and it's a fantastic little beast. Kept it stock, as it's more of a secondary for me than a primary as a woodland bushboi and stock it will hit 45m no issue which is all I need it to do, but my one gripe is the rear sling loop is pretty awful. It's not the end of the world, but mine snapped off while on a one-point sling at ai500 as it was bouncing around at my side, but I don't think it would've had any issues on a two-point. That said, I'm replacing my rear sling loop part with a folding stock when I have the funds and running it on a two-point sling anyway since a one-point didn't agree with me using it as a secondary anyway. Felt clunky.

    All in all, great little bit of kit and I wholly recommend it.

    I got my X-Fire order from Japan in 5 days. Insane delivery time when you think about it especially when a lot of UK retailers require 2 days to process an order.

    The thing thing at really gets me about this, is that it's someone in a similar line of work who buys the nicked stuff.  I got a bloke knocking on th edoor a few months back, 'Do you want a three cheap generators?  How's about a blah blah blah...'  The swine scope your van out as they offer you some other poor sods tools.

    lol..he was selling Mk7's..so I bought some!  Also I asked about my BFG as he also mentioned in safety brief plastic encased grenades are ok...and my BFG though metal is encased in plastic.  Looks like BFG's are back on the menu...though Magflash is probably a bit over the top, so will stick to 9mm blanks. :)

    VSS performed well even though a couple of the mags didn't feed very well, but I suspect it may be down to the ammo

    and it also was overhopping .40s ?

    So DMR'd the VSS, m140 spring, sorted the airseal, AOE and shimming

    Should be getting around the 450-470 fps

    Fire a few down the garden with .20s

    565fps.................

    Holy section 5 batman
