But... if they can identify who it's for, why can't they deliver it today? And if they can't identify who it's for, how can they ever deliver it?

Do you get the feeling that they just make this stuff up for a laugh?

Spoke to customer services and the driver said the address doesn't exist.....   

Apparently he will be "dealt with" ?

ups are without doubt the worst delivery company out there. Staggers me that they actually stay in business tbh

Hermes isn’t going to like all you guys claiming UPS is the worst courier service , they worked hard for that (only thing they’ve ever worked at mind !) themselves !

But at least Hermes will deliver it...ok, it maybe thrown over the back garden fence or placed inside a stinky bin...or delivered to house and signed for by "a cat"...but UPS will just flat up lose it.
