I wish it were that simple but I usually build my guns rather than buy them, and the project must be an interesting one ? I have ran out of ideas, however, and gas blowbacks (only guns I am interested in) are limited in variety

Take a GBB Tommy gun and a springer shotgun and build me and @L3wisD an Aliens Marines Plasma Rifle each! ?

It has been years since I have owned an AEG but I am considering building one. Hmm, what to go for!

Honestly, a TM MWS or GHK M4   My AEG desire has died already

LMAO - I can't speak for the GHK M4, but I adore my MWS - it just feels so good to shoot.

We shall see what happens

Really want some extended TM G17 mags... Hmm, what to do!

All good, I gave in to temptation (as usual) and bought 2 TM ones earlier from Fire Support

They were £33 - cheapest I have ever seen them. I recently discovered silent fill o-rings and now much prefer TM mags over WE  :)  That and the TM ones have the extended baseplates and look a little cooler

Epoxy is probably my favourite thing right now, stuff works wonders!

Duck! It has been a few years since we last spoke   Hope all is well.

I certainly did not expect to need as much stuff as I have for this hobby, bit it is all good fun and valuable in terms of experiences. There is certainly more to airsoft than initially thought!

I shall pick up some JB Weld eventually, I recall buying this 2 part epoxy for incredibly cheap about 2 years ago. It has been sitting in the "airsoft drawer" since about 3 days ago and I have just been repairing whatever I can find

I also like the JB Weld putty.

It seems I know what my next purchase will be  :)

Purchased Royal Mail Guaranteed before 1pm delivery three times now and not once has it ever arrived the next day, let alone before 1pm! Waste of money

I realise this, I did not send it. I paid for the delivery cost of a gun I bought. He happened to send it via RM special delivery. I have only ever used PF48 when sending. Anyway, RM contacted me over messenger after an enquiry saying they found the parcel earlier and it is now here, thankfully. However, the item itself is severely not as described, time to have a chat with the seller!

The gun just will not cycle with any of the mags, very odd.

He said he will accept a return but I will have to wait until the 21st so I may as well see if I can fix it.

He will also send the parts he forgot to include in the meantime, just in case I do fix it but damn...

I seem to make all my purchases at the end of the week, meaning I have to wait until about Monday before they are delivered, sad times!  :(

I don't spend more than I need on guns..

It's the attachments and gear that f***s me.

More like "do I really need that eotech clone?" *stares at the amount of red dots, iron sights and magnified optics in his box* "yeah, why not"

I'm the same XD Really trying to pull in my spending now but then I'm looking at more stuff like "i want that, i want that, i want that, that, that, and this" lol

I am able to limit my spending for maybe a month or two, but then all those efforts go to waste as a day will then come when I just spend way too much

Nationwide constantly blocking my card when trying to order from Asia  Now I have to wait for a new card, cheers guys.

They did it back in December and after a call, they unblocked it and I was free to make the transaction. However, they said they won't unblock the card this time as they sent a new one without telling me. Gonna have to go without food for a while

Ended up calling Parcelforce and telling them to get the driver back here! Sure enough, he arrived minutes later saying "he couldn't find the address". He was right outside

Anyone ever had a visit from Police after ordering firearm parts from the USA (Via brownells UK), such as a stock and pistol grip?

I just had a Glock 19 safariland arrive and I haven't had police round. Maybe they've come up with the genius solution to check the UKARA register just to see if the recipient is already a registered skirmisher for buying RIFs.

(To be honest, I'm terrified of armed police coming round - I'm worried they're get their facts wrong, try some forced entry, then shoot our dogs, let our brain damaged rescue cat out (who'll never find her way back even after 5 years here) and damage our antique piano during a search. Repairing a small scratch on that can cost in excess of £700.)

Apparently they like to arrive a week or so later to check up on you and the package. If it does happen then it's just likely to be two officers, according to those who have had the experience

Anyone with a 3D printer able to create something relatively simple I have in mind? Please PM me :)

I just paid a lot more money that I would have liked for a suppressor and an EOTech variant.

Overall, about £140 for an Osprey suppressor w/ power up kit and an EOTech 553 (I like it more than the 551/2) D:

Was expecting my YouTube payout today, only to find out my partnership company takes about a third and won't pay until the end of next month! No airsoft gear for me

Agree totally. I was offered one awhile back but refused it. They can be great for small tubers who won't really be able to break into the market otherwise, but if you do get big then they take a fair amount of your earnings and freedom from you.

Oh I'm definitely grateful, just wouldn't call my channel huge :P if love to end the contract, but the didn't fancy replying to me when I asked what the status of my contract was around the ending period so I assume they just went ahead and renewed it... Absolute joke! Won't respond to anything now.

depends on FPS and personal preferences.

Approximately 330 - I just don't think 0.2 is the best option. Maybe 0.28? I want something that can go fairly far and stay accurate, but not something that drops after leaving the barrel
