    Definately a stupid question, but can you replace the CO2 mags from a GBB with green gas mags, or are the internals of the pistol different?

    I was looking at a WE M9... Its the only tan M9 I can find but it comes with a CO2 mag, but I already have (and prefer) gas mags

    Madbull are one of the best brands for tightbores. Airsoftworld do some in a variety of lengths.

    You'd just be better getting a tightbore. It improves your accuracy and FPS. If you don't want a FPS boost but want the accuracy, why don't you look at miracle barrels? They typically come in 6.06 or 6.05mm diameter and vastely improve accuracy whilst leaving your FPS as it is. A much better option then wasting money on a standard barrel that will in no way benefit your gun.

    Best look at a lot of reviews but personally I don't like the look of it and I have not heard good things about ARES either. If you do upgrade it though I guess it wouldn't matter so much. Still, I'd rather just get a G&G rifle and upgrade that.

    The Amoebas are pretty weird and most people lover or hate then or quite often lova and hate them at the same time. The price looks reasonable but as they are ares I would avoid them if you aren't capable of doing some upgrades if it does have reliability issues.

    XTM rail cover look the best to me when it's covered all around the sides and top in opposing black and tan colours.

    The scar's upper rail is too high up to look good with xtms, an AR15 does but really ruins the scar's aesthetics

    I know but if you have a bipod up front (being an SSR i assume it wiill) then the afg will have to be further back- the afg's are much comfier when they're up front towards the end of the barrel.

    or maybe its just me having long arms, but the closer to your body it is, the more uncomfortable I find afgs.

    Yeah, they're designed to be far out in front of you for recoil control. Your hand naturally sits in the right position to grip one when it's towards the end of the gun as well. They're a bit pointless of bullpups because you're already holding the gun too far forward to need one anyway, but DMR length AR platforms ought to be good contenders for them.

    Airsoft world are the cheapest I've seen them in the uk, Zeroone also do them for 40 quid but they should price match AW.
