    could be a number of things, try jiggling it, pushing it up etc. if you can find a position it works if then it's easy enough to get it to stay there through velcro and other means

    defo Garfs mate, they are fully upgraded so you dont have to worry about anything. The thing is your buy a cheap gun and after 2 months want to upgrade it or buy a better gun. These come with awesome motors, tight bore barrels, full metal, mosfet ect ect ect. i have only had mine a week but so far im impressed hopefully they are reliable and dont break but only time will tell.

    Ah got the gen 3 then mate I've got a gen 3 m4 bought it the day they got released and still running strong and even better runs as standard on 11.1v lipo

    I do mainly CQB so the collapsible stock and short barrel makes MP5's awesome, they also fit in a backpack.

    If you had a full stock or were using it outdoors and were wanting range and accuracy, I might understand.

    I think the use of weaker gears in the stock TM is to make the gun less likely to fire at an illegal fps in Japan

    Well,the steel gears they use are machined and apparently really strong. Even the Zinc sectorgear is strong due to it being twice as thick as a standard one. Never seen a report of stripped gears on TM recoil shocks yet,most problems are either on blowback mechs(Not recoil weight) or piston stripping.
