I think you’d need to sell that as boneyard, it looks to be missing some vital bolts on the receiver, plus the retaining spring that holds the trigger pins in

That depends on the extent of the faults. When known faults are identified, the decrease in value can be quantified more easily because a potential buyer will know how much it will cost him/her to set the problems right.
