Used airsoft, does this forum not have moderators or anyone keeping a watchful eye. I used their contact us to draw attention to suspicious behaviour, no reply.
I noticed the other day 2 listings for the Inoksatu steel Sig, quite rare, so 2 on the same day was quite a coincidence. Made contact with one seller, got a reply, how do you want to pay. Asked for a picture with username and date on paper placed under the pistol, no answer. Did a reverse image search on it, exact match with a French airsoft shop, checked his other listings, same outcome. Put comments on all his adverts, suddenly all sold within 1 hour..
I checked the other Inoksatu Sig advert, different username and location, same outcome, also from a French airsoft shop website.
This combined with adverts where people want to buy, but the seller fails to respond and sellers listing 15-20 guns, all “brand new”, but they are not a retailer so no refunds, exchange or guarantee, so they are not brand new are they.
So if using them please be careful, and don’t use bank transfer or PayPal friends & family.

Oh yeah UsedAirsoft is terrible. It's completely unmoderated and abandoned.

Rife with scammers. The one you talked about where people list guns with stolen pictures and try to get bank transfer payment is incredibly common.

I contacted said individual about a gun he was selling a while ago; we had something in common other than airsoft so chatted for a while. I ended the conversation when it turned out he had some "interesting" extreme political views and regarded violence as a means of achieving them as being legitimate.

The world's gone mad, violence should always be a last resort, & even then only as a means of defence/protection.
But nowadays people on both sides of the political spectrum seem to think its a viable option to start with, usually because they can't verbally enforce their opinion with facts or truth, but won't accept the differing opinions of others.
The Charlie Kirk incident being a prime example.

Part of the problem is the increasing polarisation of society and politics, some of it at least driven by those who have an interest in us being divided among ourselves.
