JG AU-3G feeding issues

Hi there i recently bought a jing gong AU-3G after watching some reviews it seemed good but when it arrived i tried to shoot it and it gets maybe 1 or 2 shots off then miss fires constantly, any advice on how to fix this problem myself or would i be better taking it to a technician

I am unsure if you are a complete beginner so I have to ask.  Have you have wound the hi cap mag completely after inserting it?

I am a beginner 

But i used a hi cap mag and a mid cap same problem with both
