Sorry to be a fool by I can't see how it fits.

Does it go between the lever and the bucking or above the top of the lever?

Which side of it contacts the bucking - the v side or the  concave side?

under the lever, in the gap between the bent bits. concave side down.

it can be a bit loose depending on how wide your hop arm is, once it's installed turn the hop on and look down the barrel and adjust it to one side or the other as necessary.
