Helmet Advice Please - GoPro mounting

Hi all,

I'm looking to invest in a budget helmet (for starters), upon which to mount my GoPro 7 - please could I have some advice on decent budget helmets that will provide a decent mount for a GoPro?

I've seen the following on Patrol Base - is it any good?

Hi Henry, and welcome to the forum!

Which simply clips in securely onto the NVG mount on the front of the helmet. I use a small cable tie as a lanyard in case for whatever reason the mount gets detached from the helmet! 

I'm using a GoPro Hero 4 Silver, but I'm pretty sure they all use the same sort of mounting's?

Or, if you happen to already have one of those terribly overpriced (and shit quality) genuine GoPro head bands, you could simply zip tie the front piece into a ball cap like I've done.
