Shes a complete tool and should not be allowed to EVER organise a pyrotechnic display.

"Light humour" - OMGonads that's bad :P

I blew my hand up by accidentally leaning on a live BFG yesterday. I blame Tornado. They clearly should have made the case too uncomfortable to lean on!

Don't mean SWAT? Tornado grenades are those crappy gas powered ones that dribble BBs out in a "tornado".

*cough* Dynatec make the BFG, SWAT make the VTG...

I'm British so I don't actually have a butt.

I have an arse.

Back when I was in cadets, I knew 3 fellow cadets who threw a couple of live blanks into a lit hex'ey burner then tried to retrieve them one had powder burns at the back of his eye not good

Who could be daft enough to throw blanks into a hexi cooker? Hexi's dangerous by itself, if you have more than 3 burning you produce a 7 foot signal flame, and if that's not bad enough the fumes are poisonous.

They smell of fish as well.

BFG stands for Blank Firing Grenade. It is a very open term, not to be used as terminology for one specific product, unless you're a dick.

So they're both BFGs. That's the same shit F&O tried to pull when I called them out on their website saying "9mm BFGs allowed" and then not letting me use my SWAT one.

I'm going to see about getting some BFGs and regulations on getting blanks?

might be an open term, but in terms if business, you can't call your product the same, or risk a lawsuit. effectively it is a product name rather than the description.

F&O are a bit of an arse banning the swat ones though.

no Adam there arnt really any regulations. just need to be 18 to purchase them. and don't walk around setting them off in public... fireworks laws etc
