Upgrading spring

I am placing a Guarder Sp100 spring into my CA G36 and I was wondering, is there any other upgrades I should do as well while I am at this?

No there is nothing else essential to upgrade if you're just doing that. What was it firing at previously? (fps)

Previously it was firing at 280 fps because I have had it for a long time (Brand new it fired at 320 fps). For CQB thats fine but because I am doing woodlands long distance skirmishing, I feel that it is a disadvantage and so I want to upgrade the spring.
