I’d be interested to hear about this, especially if it holds zero. Seen these myself and it always seems like a gamble.

All the ones I've tried have had really bad eye relief and piss poor shadowing from the tube on 4x. Personally I don't think that any of them are worth the weight.

Seems good so far, comparing it to a 5x magnifier I got off amazon its clearer and easier to see through, field test this weekend so hopefullly it does its job, optics are definatly hit and miss mind and the hits are normally 10x more expensive than the misses, not sure I can fork out over £1,000 for a proper one.

You always have to take into account an element of get what you pay for, I'm not expecting it to be the dogs bolex for the cost of it as long as it does a better job than the previous sight I'm happy, I've not got 20/20 vision anyway so some of the nuonces that other people pick up I miss.

I did wonder why you would paint a rs kac ras and noticed the clamp and screw was missing but for the price I had to have it. 

Not fully cleaned up yet but it's not looking to bad , need to find some ali black for the damage ( mind is boggled at how this happened)

Been using acetone and its looking better already , going on a super cheap g&p mk18 mod0 I got that had a UK spec rail.

Following up on my PCC/PDW thread, the replacement gun arrived.

Which I promptly emptied and transferred the KA PDW parts into.

Now it looks something like this:

I bet at some point someone didn't have a tool to take off the barrel nut, so they just whacked the RAS with a hammer until it came loose.

Please do tell where you found a classic style cocking lever - I've tried the guarder steel one [didn't fit] and the VFC one [was too big] and I'm completely at my wits end looking for one. It's to the point where I might even order the gopping modern styled one just to have one again (or, if you've still got it around, I'd be happy to take it off your hands for a few quid)

I'm begging at this point. Looks awesome, by the way.

I swapped the upper receiver with another MP5K I have and then swapped the muzzles. I still need to replace the modern charging handles on the other MP5K now and an MP5A4 that started off as the CM041H and all that is left modern on it is the charging handle. I am awaiting a reply from a store in France I got the PDW stock from if they have or can get any if they can I will get an extra one ordered for you
