I'd put money on it. The blurb from the DCA site says:

There are two main branches to Huntsman, ‘Huntsman Tactical’ which is catered towards 6mm airsoft skirmishing, and ‘Huntsman Arms’ which produce air rifles and pistols in a variety of calibres.   Huntsman Arms have been around for quite a considerable time and have decided to venture towards the Airsoft market to satisfy the ever growing demand for premium quality airsoft gear, at affordable prices.     Huntsman Tactical have just launched their initial product range, with a great selection of entry level to intermediate airsoft replicas, they are extremely well priced and built to high specifications, to supply the user a with a great AEG, with rock solid internals. 

Which sounds like "we can't sell enough of our regular stuff and people seem to like the airsoft guns. Let's slap our name on some Chinese RIFs and see what happens".

Looks like the same fare spat out of the same OEM factory as Specna, Evolution and Lancer Tactical.
