Thank you! Exactly what I was going for, glad I hit the mark ? The SI body pins took a bit of modification to fit, but that was just Dytac making a weird choice of having slightly smaller pin holes on the receivers.
I haven't gotten around to testing but I doubt I'll actually be using it other than for pictures, since I will be using the HPA tapped A1A mags. This one doesn't have the valve at the bottom, which looks way better for normal GG use, but not viable for HPA without modification. Looks cool though ?

2 uppers, one more civilian inspired build that still needs a PEQ, the other more GWOT style that still needs a surefire and a sling.
Final versions, especially the GWOT style will look major goofy set up wise but they work for the type role each one has.
I’ll repost when finished as they’re “nearly” finished…already planning another upper ?

As much as I love it, the Wolverine Hydra and the m14 hop unit don't get along, so I've put a strip of a drink can at the back of the hop unit to avoid BBs rolling back and jamming it open. Took the opportunity to get the G&P scope mount which is far lower and now the m21 is complete. I will need to cable tie the rails onto the outer barrel to stop it moving about though as I had to modify it a little to use it with a scope mount; mounting a scope directly onto the rails doesn't work and tilts the sight upwards, hence I need a separate mount to keep it level. Not sure if I can get the stubby mags to feed properly though, so we'll see next game day. Otherwise I'll just run it with normal mags.

First one was an improvement from your last rig. However the paint job for that second one looks awful. I know you say you're going for a GWOT look but there are better ways to have executed this and far better ways to get that airbrushed look. You might want to remove that "paintjob" before you sell your rig.
Yup. They're still knocking out all manner of 1911s, 2011s, Berettas and still some ARs.

if you are ever looking for the correct rail then Kings arms make one , pretty sure it’s a copy of the VLTOR CASV rail system

Ready for Operation Boogaloo at Gunman Eversley next weekend, and this time the hop rubber ISN'T torn, so I can actually use it. Going to take it to Worthing this weekend to MAKE SURE it's working so I don't have a repeat of last time. Will shove a bunch of natural foliage in the scrim net on the day.
