Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

PMC sniper / I'm trying to lose weight loadout. Now that I'm not dressing like a bush, I'm actually getting snapped (that being said, there were times I had people staring right at me and not spotting me because staying still and not silhouetting works wonders). I'll be changing out a few things next game day as I'm still learning what works and what doesn't with this weighted plate carrier loadout, but I did like this loadout.

Put together my loadout for the Battlesim at Red Alert Newbury this Sunday.
It'snot that different from my usual loadout, though obviously the backpack isn't usual for skirmish days, but as with most sims once you're on the field you're not back in for reloads etc, so I need to have everything I need with me, including food and water etc. The backpack, with shotty, will be staying at our FOB, mostly.

So I run Flecktarn with a tan rig. I honestly dont mind it...in fact I like it. However, my brother made some comments on how they dont work as one is tan. Is it as really as bad as he makes it out?

This reminds of the the original concept behind British Army MTP...

MOD:

"We have DPM and desert that give us 90% camo in woodland and desert environs. But we have to buy the squaddies two sets of rig..."

PJHQ:

"Check this pattern out. It gives us 70% camo in BOTH environs, so we only have to buy 1 set of rig."

MOD:

"Take my money."

PJHQ:

"Cheers. You know, the Yanks are working on the same concept."

MOD:

"For real? It must be good. Take my wife's money too."

PJHQ:

"Cheers. By the way, they have this 'Future Soldier' concept too which looks pretty cool."

MOD:

"HOW MUCH? Naaaah mate. We'll just take the cam. The lads can navigate with a map and compass and Bowman's got another 20 years left."

Sorry. Your 'borrower' pics sent me off on one there. ?

I used the same myself when starting.   The tan just ads to the contrast and pallete.

Hardly matters with a bright white physog and a red armband etc as far as camo goes surely?

Does the weight on the front not pull it down? Or have you got stuff on the back?
Pretty minimalist TBH. Only really got mags on the vest and when I have a jacket on, it fits more snugly, although I do have a MOLLE VIPER Hydration that I can slap on if needed.

It's been a few years since I've been on the forum so thought I'd do an updated loadout photo.

Kit: SRC G-36KV with Ares front end, TM G22, old pair of Grafter boots, DPM combat 95s, Viper Lazer Special Ops Plate Carrier, Kombatuk dropleg holster, Bolle goggles and ASG face shield.

I am contemplating replacing my DPM with a dark grey set of combats and also a new holster and helmet setup.

My man! Lovin it and the bloused trousers.

My opinion, keep the S95. It's good stuff.

Last Sunday's loadout. LT 933, 2x hicaps, no chest rig or secondary. Nice and lightweight.

Comfort is king!

You genuinely cannot beat a super authentic backdrop to complete a loadout pic.

I'd take it to Belgium and get some pics there! In the trenches, battle of Somme area and some memorials. Cool as

I remember some posts from a few years back, camo in Airsoft is more for looks than trying to conceal as you say.
We play at closer ranges so can’t hide in a bush as much!

i wear camo trousers and a coyote ubacs or black one with a tan or black rig, it just looks good and comfy ?
