Rules of the British Foreign Legion
Why do we need our own rules?
- The British Foreign Legion has its own rules to ensure we create the best environment possible to have fun whilst playing as a well functioning team.
General Rules
-
Each and every member is responsible for there own Guns, equipment, & safety, Anyone under 16 playing with the BFL must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
-
Anyone can play any role within reason, If you wish to play a role of responsibility IE: SL , You must remember that others maybe looking to you for help and to run an effective/fun team. So you must be confident that you are capable and have the experience to carry out such role.
-
Respect each other & treat people how you would want to be treated. Be friendly, courteous and helpful to all players, take your time to help new players if they look like they need your help.
-
When playing with the BFL you must represent good sportsmanship, Always call your hits & and Always follow site rules. Remember its a game & we are all there to have fun.
-
After each game we will have a quick debrief to find out what worked , what didn't & how we can improve for our next day out.
Rules on the field
-
All members must work together under the Instructions of the SL/CO.
-
This is to ensure we maintain good teamwork when playing
-
-
If a site is using the medic system, when a member is hit, it becomes a legionnaires priority to save that individual.
-
This tries to give every player the best opportunity to remain in the skirmish when hit.
-
-
If a member is hit and has to "Respawn" they must then return to SL's Location for further instructions.
-
This allows every player to know what they have to do every time they have to respawn and will allow them to be updated should there be any changes in situation.
-
-
If a member is unable to reach the SL's Position upon respawning, The Squad leader will relocate his team to you.
-
This helps keep every player with the team, creates additional rescue objectives and makes the team take extra care when securing terrain.
