Aegis FMG-9 kits

Are you sure those are AEGIS kits?

 

the two I owned came in a grey padded box with AEGIS written on the front…

Yes, I own both early and late runs of the original grey padded box Aegis kits. These are identical both externally and internally to the post-revision Aegis kit. These were sold by the OEM after Aegis went bankrupt hence the grey padded box. 

It’s worth providing evidence that they’re actually AEGIS kits as without the grey box they could be any one of the “factory outlet kits”. If they’re direct from factory (such as Proact, guarder, USHOT ect), then you can get them as cheap as £90…

 

you might be able to get away with calling them “EX-AEGIS” kits like Action Hobbies have. But I believe those still come in the AEGIS packaging.

I bought a pallet of the Proact ones from taiwan for £84 each I didn’t sell them as AEGIS as it wasn’t true.

Fair enough, in that case I'll revise the listing. I mostly play in Hong Kong where some local stores advertise these as such hence me listing them as Aegis kits. I had priced them with the intention of undercutting the Action Hobbies listing, however I'm not sure about those coming in the Aegis packaging either.
