Is that spring a second, lower-power one or is it the original that had been swapped out with a lower-power one being put in? I know some retailers/distributors swap out springs prior to sale to consumers.

 

If it's the latter, you should be OK but if it's the former, it's going to be a legal headache selling it as 380fps (presumably on 0.2g) is way too hot. You need that below 370fps to be legal legal but for practical purposes, it should be below 350fps to be site legal for most UK outdoor skirmishes.

 

If you're uncertain, you should ask the shop you bought it from or kindly ask a local retailer/skirmish site to do a chrono test to confirm the muzzle energy both for yours and a buyer's peace of mind.
