The trigger group is the standard rotary thumb lever SEF SMG-5 design, featuring safe, semi automatic and finally fully automatic, which can be comfortably operated with the right thumb, and with practice left handed Airsofters should have no difficulty using it either. The sights are the standard SMG-5 affair; a rear rotary drum offering users a variety of apertures for aiming through, and a fixed hooded front sight post. The CM.041K SMG-5K is supplied, like the real SMG-5K, with a compact, half-sized SMG-5 Magazine, however most standard Airsoft SMG-5 full-sized magazines should fit this replica, which is incredibly advantageous for those Airsofters who want to use something bigger than the supplied 65 round low cap.
