Looking to swap for a TM AKX or AKM (smaller furniture) only. GHK, pre COVID models considered.

Comes with original parts - including nozzle, bolt (has angry gun adjustable nozzle installed) buffer tube, grip, trigger guard, zet plate. MK18 barrel nut removal tool. G&P gold buffer weight (runs sluggish with this in so needs to be filed down so I don't use it and never noticed the difference in recoil over the stock buffer).

 

The negatives -

Anyone with a MK18 will tell you the barrel nut is initially a pain to remove and in my brutality I did cause some cosmetic damage to the rail, can be seen in the photos. I was going to colour match and touch it back up but it hasn't been a big deal to me. Scratch on the lower receiver which god knows how it happened. 

 

Although you won't really full auto it, it can be a bit sluggish and sputter (gas capacity dependent) using the GM bolt. Research suggests it cycles faster and the hammer spring needs to be upgraded so it can keep up. With 35 round mags.. you don't really full auto anyway. Standard bolt cycles fine on FA however. 

 

Yes this thing has been used and abused and just carries on going without issue, testimony to build quality and after market parts quality.

I'd be looking for a like for like (cost wise mod wise) on the AK however cash to make up the difference can be negotiated. Whole package comes to just over £1280
