Hi guys, here I have my SVD and Glock.

The SVD is originally a Koer spring powered SVD from patrolbase. These retail stock for around £90. I believe the KOER svd is essentially just a rebrand of the A&K spring powered SVD. I bought all of the upgrade parts off airsoft pro for this sniper rifle, including an m150 spring, the airsoft pro hop up chamber for SVD, a madbull 590mm 6.03 barrel I believe? It may be a 6.02. And possibly a few mm in difference, I can't remember exactly as it was a long time ago I bought it. Internal upgrades also include an Airsoft pro Steel Cylinder and an airsoft pro piston Gen 2 I Believe. The steel upgraded nozzle has also been installed.  It also has the steel housing unit for the barrel to get rid of any wobble and the upgrade spring retention piece. Has a steel sear installed into the trigger housing. Finally the rifle has a maple leaf macaron 70 degree bucking. Internally this rifle is fully upgraded. Externally the rifle has been somewhat poorly sanded to achieve a worn battlefield look, and has a faded white soviet star on the stock. Overall the replica is worth around £330 when it in top condition.

Now for the repairs that need doing to this rifle.

- One or two of the body screws which are alan head are threaded and will need drilling out in order to replace them. In it's current state the handguard wobbles slightly because of this.

- The safety catch does work, however it is loose and the screw responsible for tightening is threaded and again will need replacing, however this doesn't affect the performance of the rifle when it is functional.

- The PSO-1 scope was around £80 but is damaged and the reticle appears in the upper left part of the glass, the pin which secures the scope to the dovetail mount is also missing, however this can be bypassed by tightening the clamp with a flathead screwdriver. In essence the scope is not functional but may be fixable.

- Internally the piston is scratched externally but this is not a problem, the cylinder is rough on the edges where it has been hammered lightly into the bolt carrier in order to get it in. The nozzle is also not in great condition and may need replacing, these are only around £14. 

-Needs a new hop up rubber, the current one has a very small tear in the top but these are very cheap.

- The trigger unit may need a new spring under the sear, however these are extremely easy to replace and are around 1 or 2 pounds.

Pros - Rifle is unique and stands out, you'll get a lot of questions. 

         -  When the rifle is functional it shoots like a laser, I've hit over 100 meter shots with it.

         -  Iron sights are fantastic and easy to use.

         - A very nice rifle to own

         - Feels solid as a rock when the screws are good.

         - Extremely easy to tech on. Anyone can do it.

         - Project gun.

Cons -  NOT currently functional.

          - Needs a fair few fixes and DIY

          - Poor Condition

The glock is a RAVEN 18c. When it arrived it was very fun to use. It has the full auto fire selector, however over use of this will kill the trigger assembly. I learnt that the hard way. You can replace the trigger assembly for a new one for around £15. The magazine holds gas I believe but the gun isn't awfully gas efficient. The hop-up wheel inside is also insanely stiff, it came this way and I didn't bother taking it apart to try and fix it. Im sure if you ran .25 or even .28s this problem would cease to exist.
