Need help choosing an earpiece/mic

My radio takes a 2.5mm jack and Im looking for some kind of earpiece/mic.

 

Does anyone use anything like this?

I use a throat mic from 409shop.com although it is sold as a forehead mic

 

You have to make sure though that if you go down the throat mic route that you get one with 2 sensors and preferably on a stretchy strap as opposed to a piece of horse shoe shaped plastic.
