Rechard Posted yesterday at 00:28 Share Posted yesterday at 00:28 Hey guys, I was searching for parts to finish my MWS and this thing draw my attention. What’s a 2-stage trigger and Is it practical to buy it? does it make much difference to the original one? Thanks for any answering!
GiantKiwi
A two-stage trigger has two distinct phases of travel before firing. The first stage involves a longer, lighter pull to take up the slack. The second stage is a shorter, heavier pull that initiates the firing sequence. In theory this unit would allow the MWS to have the one thing this platform lacks in general, which is a crisp and precise trigger. However, in practice this particular unit is frought with problems where it is entirely possible in normal operation for the ZET plate to be bounced out of place and jam the BCG. It's firmly in the do not buy list until the manufacturer addresses the issue. If you desperately want a 2 stage trigger, Guns Modify offer one, but its very spendy.
