Aap01 issues with charging and bolt

Hi all 

 

I'm hoping someone can suggest a fix. I had to replace a hammer on a mates aap01, easy to sort especially being a gbbr user. However since doing so, the charging handle isn't pulling the hammer all the way back nor is it returning or the bolt release catch working. 

 

Anyone had this before and have any suggestions..
