Taiwan gun midcaps

So I want to get a bunch of gear from Taiwan gun, mainly because they are significantly cheaper for the carrier I want, pouches etc...

1) are the Bb's safe to use from these guys?

2)i need some good mid caps for my cm16 raider, are any of the ones they sell good for this gun??

I recently ordered some of there .25g BBS are I've used around 20,000 so far and haven't had an issue with them overall id say their BBS are pretty good
