team in South Yorkshire

Hi Guys I'm Will from South Yorkshire I work in the security Industry as a CP officer and handle weapons on a regular basis but i have 0 experience in airsoft but i would love to get involved. Im looking to get a team together of between 6 and 15 guys and girls with one requirement that every one is inexperienced and we can work together on becoming a team, I'm looking for any one in there 20s. I also have a plot of land about 3 acres its an old industrial site so buildings, cover roads etc that i would be interested in developing in to an airsoft site with the team.
