Hadn't heard of this shop before last weekend, only found out they exist from the retailers list on UKARA.

 

Well designed website, everything clear and well laid out. Although item descriptions do appear to have been copy/pasted from another store.

Online ordering process was hassle free, extremely simple to set up an account.

 

Communication was excellent and yet slightly lacking at the same time. After ordering I received a phone call the next working day telling me that there had been a stock error and one of the AEG's I'd ordered was in fact not in stock, they apologized and to make up for it offered me a slightly more expensive model for no extra cost, which was very decent of them. However, they didn't inform me when the order had been dispatched or provide a tracking number, they also didn't mention that one other item was out of stock at time of ordering (site showed as being available), although when e-mailed they replied within minutes politely apologized and let me know that it had been dispatched separately via royal mail.

 

So all in all not bad, just better stock updating and information regarding orders would be nice. Great selection of G&G gear as well.
