Have you tried contacting the shop you bought it from? G&G are very good with replacement parts so the shop should have some available. If not, then in the manual there should be an exploded view of the gun with all the part numbers. You can then email G&G and they will send you a replacement part.

 

An 8.4v battery is best for longevity of the gun, but you can also use a 9.6v to up your ROF and I believe it also increases trigger response. Mah shows how much charge the battery can hold.
