Well today my magpull trigger guard arrived, went into the garage and removed the front pin on the old guard...no problem, however, the rear pin was absolutely solid! Using the correct drift/punch and supporting it from underneath...the bloody tab still broke off!! So I lost one tab from the damned receiver that I need for attaching the trigger to!

 

Thought I'd need an entire new receiver, but decided to fit the new guard with the broken piece attached and a little dab of super glue on the cracked face...holds just as well as before, but what a nightmare job.
