This is presuming that you arent seeing bb's in the top of the mag... (if you are, is it a different make to the others as not all mags have the same top profile, so not all mags work with different makes of guns)

Firstly, did you wind it till it made that wierd noise that tells you it is fully compressed? (if not then your winder may have detatched from the spring)

Secondly, have you tried a littel physical "persuasion", i have a cheap M4 mag that came with a gun and it tends to jam up at least once a day, repeated blows to various areas will cause it to sound like it has just wound out and presto, it works again.

Hope that helps.

The bbs feed up to the top of the mag but to not feed into the gun. i do not know if the mags are the same make but they look the same.

Sometimes the catches for holing the mag in are slightly the wrong height or the top is slightly different.

have a good comparison look at one that does and one that dont.

Sounds like it isnt catching the part that releases the bb's.

Take a good look at any differences and figure out if you can make a small adjustment to make it work, sometimes a little tape or shaving a corner can make it work, just depends what needs done (and if it can be done).

The biggest bit that needs to work is that the feed neck presses far enough over the neck to the hop/barrel to push in the catch that holds the bb's in the top of the mag, most other things could be modded with a little ingenuity.
