TIER 1
Following Operation DEADFALL in the Korengal Valley - Kunar Province, Afghanistan, Task Force (TF) 76 were unsuccessful in capturing all of the Al Qaeda (AQ) courier(s) they had been targeting. It was during Operation BLACK HEART that the courier(s) were able to flee the village of Gambir - Kunar Province and disappear into the dangerous Korengal Valley and subsequently across the Afghanistan / Pakistan (AFPAK) border despite an Extremely High Risk (EHR) search operation carried out by Task Force (TF) 76 The courier(s) are believed to be in possession of high level intelligence which is deemed of extreme importance by the coalition intelligence agencies and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). It is believed that the couriers are still within reach as they have entered the Bajaur Agency in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) in Pakistan. A potential route has been analysed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Special Activities Division (SAD) which will see the Courier(s) cross extremely dense woodland prior to reaching the nearest township. JSOC has sanctioned an operation iot* Kill / Capture the courier(s) before they link up with the AQ network in place and disappear. Therefore TF 76 are to prepare for a deniable "Black" operation across the AFPAK border in the Bajaur Agency, Pakistan. TF 76 are to ensure all equipment preparation is suitable for a 36hr Rural Combat Operation. TIER 1 MILITARY SIMULATION Ltd. are extremely proud to present Operation BORDERLINE.
