no it wont it is a g3 rail you cant put that on a m14

So are you 100% sure that rail will fit my Tokyo Marui M14 SOCOM AEG?

i cant say 100 % as i dont have a m14 socom just google it do some research

The M14 Socom you linked to already has a scope rail on the heatshield.

If you buy the eBay one you linked to, all you'll do is replace it with another one! But it will give you a couple of side rails for torch/laser etc. If that's what you are after, then yes it should fit. I have one on my TM M14 full length.
