Where to get the part!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hi I got my new G33F (ICS) just today and found the mag catch was painful to press, started to search for a replacement and found nothing. If you had any experience or just know where to get one please help, I would like a smooth mag catch instead.

If it's new it might just need breaking in?

Alternatively, if it's new and you suspect it's broken, return it to the supplier?

no the problem is, is that its shape is kind of sharp and unpleasant to press

It's a (pretty much) flat button.  How is it doing this out of interest?

Does that paddle not function?  I don't know how these ICS G36 'variants' work.

Either way you're not likely to find a replacement/alternative/upgrade for an incredibly niche part like that.  You can look up the Battleaxe magwells and replace the well perhaps, or take a file to the current part if it's sharp (I don't know since you've not included pictures in the OP).
