Agreed, even if it's just a change of shirt. A shirt drenched in sweat will suck the warmth out of you (and not in a good wayI always take a spare change of clothes for incase of any emergencies like slipping or kneeling in mud and and clothes get filthy and you have something clean to travel home in.

Sorry but I don't think drinks like that are a good idea. Yes they'll give you an energy boost on the short term, but when the caffeine and sugar rush wear off you just end up feeling even more knackered. Also caffeine is a diuretic so you'll be even more dehydratedmonster
