What have you made?

An open fronted mesh top for a summer leaf suit. This is going to get painted to get rid of the odd purple tones, then some larger netting on top and finally covered in leaves and what not. Nice and green and natural I hope. I'm also going to convert my dpm trousers into a leaf suit lower when I can bloody find them ?

Anyway, should be a fun build, and I can spend my summers in a vegetative state.

Today I spent about 5 hours gluing some net to some trousers and then tying some halo screen to said net. It'll be hard to say exactly how it'll blend until this weekend, though it's a summer ghillie so it's probably too green right now. Still, really happy with how it's looking. It should help me lie in weird spots and not be seen ?

Needed to knock up a couple more goggle fan units and a simplified goggle-strap clip to mount a Poundland £1 powerbank.

Total all-in cost, including the powerbanks ~£4 each.

The earlier prototypes seem to work pretty well, but I need to stress-test over the summer when it's really hot and sweaty.

Thinking of a dual-fan version with airflow guide vanes to direct the air over a wider area

Totally changed design of some retention bungees I made a year or so ago.  These can be used for cables, slings etc. Have a bit of adjustability too.  I know you can use rubber bands, ranger bands etc.  But since when do us Airsofters go with the simplest or cheapest solution? Haha

I saw some cheap WE AK mags online so bought them, thinking id try to hpa hicap them.

Turned out ok! slightly trickier than an m4 set up though.

Just need an AK now lol
