Im looking for a shorter barrel for my WE M4, maybe its just me but they're seemingly like rocking horse shit atm... I cant find anything in the 260 range at all. Maybe my googlefu isnt as good as I thought it was. The only thing I've found is a Maple Leaf Crazy Jet, but I haven't really looked at it too much, I'm not sure about the material change at the end of the barrel in regards to consistency and barrel smoothness. Anyone used one? Or do you know where I might find a 260-265 VSR cut barrel?

edit:

i have found barrels by JB-Unicorn on a German site. Never heard of them before and google doesn’t give much either. Has anyone used their barrels?

Cheers

you could just cut a longer barrel to what you want?

ideally you should use a lathe to do it but in a pinch a drill and a hacksaw can do the job.

I tried that with the stock barrel but i was getting weird flyers every now and then, even though it looks pretty smooth, I'm guessing there's a slight angle on the cut that's causing the issue

that's why you rotate it when cutting, keeps the cut as square as possible.

I’ve used a JBU 363 in a gun this year, perfectly acceptable barrel
