But I guess that explains your money situation lol.

Maybe if it's still for sale come your birthday or Christmas you could get someone to help you out, 'cos I really want to get rid of it and buy a gun that lets me actually hit people more than a stone throw away without having to spend money on new parts...

Probably put you off buying it now...

Oh well, it doesn't look like anyone'll be buying it any time soon. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Though my lack of money is due to my recent purchases, a Tanaka M40, my P226 and so on :P

You definitely haven't put me off buying, I'd still love it and just need a job first :P

He is 41 mate :lol: :P hehehe the WE L85 has tempted me into buying the WE HK416 or the G39, more the G39k of all the WE guns in the world :) but as soon as the AUG comes out, im looking for something better than the L85! i would only buy GBBR's when im older so that i can use them in milsims :)

the 41 thing was a joke btw :P

I would find the post that I read, but I really can't be arsed. I think it was on one of the new arrivals topics lol.

Having heard from all you guys about the G39 being good I'm actually really tempted now, can anyone vouch for the range and accuracy? How many shots to hit a man at 40 - 50m for example? 'Cos right now with my M16 it's about 9,000 lol.

Only thing is, I just spent £100 on an ACOG scope because I'm dying to get an M4, does anyone know a decent one in the £200 price range? So far I've found the AGM RIS M4, which I like for it's 400fps and metal construction (I refuse to buy shoddy plastic, unrealistic rubbish) but ideally I'd rather save a bit and get another GBBR, but I want to know it'll work first this time...

I feel like we've broken that forum rule; "Stay on topic" :P

But I can vouch for the G36, there's one at AWA and it's a marvel compared to the WE Armalites.

It's alright if you happen to sell it; if you don't have the spares around to knock one together I can always go new. :)

I might, as it hapens need a few more M4 bits off you at the same time though ;)

Now! Back O/T - What do people reckon to the noise this thing will kick out, being as it recoils right next your ears?

I don't think I like the idea, I thought the AEG SA80's were bad enough tbh.

A thin bit of metal to insulate sound? No thanks, I think I'll wait for the AUG ;)

They're awful loud too, not a pleasant experience from what I know!

I'll shoot you a PM about gearboxes and stuff later; let you know it is I need :)
