We 1911 gas issue

Hi I have recently put back together my we 1911 and have nothing but problems with this gun, I have got a new nine ball piston and nozzle aswell as a new nozzle spring and the same issue keeps happening any ideas of what it could be thank you in advance.

I believe it has something todo with the outer barrel sticking sometimes as when the gun does shoot the barrel gets stuck anyone know what todo with this also ?
