Tokyo Mauri MWS Mk18 conversion

I am in need of some gun wisdom. I have just bought the TM CQBR M4a1 GBB Block 1 and I’m looking to fit a Madbull Daniel Defence rail. I’ve seen on numerous sights that the rail only fits AEG’s. Is this correct and if so how do you fit a mk18 rail onto a TM GBBR? Thank you!
